Cafe Floor Manager | MrWST Cafe Bar | Downtown POSITION OVERVIEW: The role of Floor Manager is a role which involves supporting and supervising the quality of products and services for the products and services throughout the Mr WEST brand and locations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Floor Manager Duties/Responsibilities: Include but not limited to: +Working the floor. You may be scheduled to any cafe section on any given shift including but not limited to serving, bartending, hosting, expoing, ringing, barbacking, barista backing, and or general BOH support. \\+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure while also meeting deadlines REQUIREMENTS: Skills/Knowledge Required: \\+ Hard working/can-do, proactive attitude. \\+ Experience in a fast paced, multi-faceted restaurant or cafe \\+ Strong leadership + communication skills \\+ Ability to see the big picture and cafe as a whole \\+ Customer service skills and the ability to present and talk about food + beverages \\+ Team player Requirements \\+ 2+ years previous experience in a leadership related position, barista experience a plus \\+ Valid Food Handler and MAST Certification required.
