Flooring Design Consultant — Create Dream Spaces In-Store

Floor & Decor in Wilmington is seeking a design consultant to greet customers, assess project needs, educate them on requirements, and build a creative concept that reflects the customer’s personal style, lifestyle, and budget.

The position requires at least 1 year of interior design or retail/sales experience; a design degree is a plus and knowledge of hard surface flooring is advantageous. Strong math and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) are required.
