High-end residential interior design firm seeking experienced Architectural Draftsperson. Ideal candidate will have experience with architectural millwork, cabinetry in the high end market, field measurements, technical design, custom furniture, classical architecture, and AutoCAD drawings with a high degree of detail. Skills/Requirements: • 5+ years of experience with minimum of 2 years as a draftsperson for residential projects. • Highly developed skills in client communications, contract administration, project scheduling, team leadership, building design, technical detailing and consultant coordination. • Extensive understanding of materials, construction processes, systems, and methodologies.
