The pay rate is negotiable! I'm a girl struggling with depression, living in a new 1 bedroom apartment. The Bedroom is 11x16 and the living room is 13x21. I want to love my apartment and not be self-conscious if I invite company over. I'd love to see pictures of your work (even if it's of your own apartment!!)
