Freelance Interior Designer

IMG is looking for a freelance Interior Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to lead with all aspects of an interior design project. This candidate will help in designing customized and high-end residential interiors. Must be detail oriented, creative, organized and a self starter. Applicants must be familiar with the interior design process from design development, materials research and selection, through to procurement, production and installation. Requirement: -Interior Design or Interior Architecture background -Minimum of 5 years work experience at an interior design firm -Experience in high-end residential/commercial field Responsibilities: -Develop design drawings -- furniture layouts, elevations, etc -Work with clients- Create, prepare and present design concepts -Attend site meetings and generate site notes -Create and manage budgets -Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp SITE SURVEY : \\- take detailed measurements of all rooms, ceiling heights etc \\- specify paint color/wallpaper recommendations SPACE PLANNING / SCHEMATIC DESIGN : \\- produce furniture layouts in CAD \\- create drawings for any custom items, if needed Please email me your portfolio & resume Thank you!
