Looking for a licensed architect in the Santa Barbara or Ojai area to collaborate with on upcoming residential and small scale commercial projects in the Santa Barbara area and beyond. Minimum 5 years professional experience, prefer Vectorworks or compatible software and a well-seasoned ability to help guide projects through design, planning + building approvals and construction administration. Our work is modern, warm and elegant but always comfortable and this is how we like to run our projects as well. We would like to find a creative, skilled and upbeat architectural collaborator who can help us fulfill the architectural side of things on a project by project basis. This will not be a full-time position to start although it could turn into one.
