3P Careers is looking for a motivated recruiter who enjoys talking to people, creating opportunities, and making things happen.

This is a full-desk role. You will find candidates, develop clients, manage relationships, coordinate interviews, and help close placements. You will work from home with plenty of independence—but you must bring the energy, consistency, and follow-through.

Find and engage talented AEC professionalsTurn cold outreach into real conversationsDevelop new clients and grow existing relationshipsInterview candidates and understand what motivates themPresent candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offersStay organized and follow up without letting opportunities disappearTrack activity and build a productive, profitable recruiting deskWho We're Looking For

You are someone who:

Isn't afraid to pick up the phoneCan hear "not interested" without losing momentumKnows persistence and patience can coexistIs friendly, confident, curious, and organizedEnjoys chasing goals and measuring progressCan work independently and hold yourself accountableBrings new ideas instead of waiting for instructionsHas an entrepreneurial mindset and wants to grow somethingRecruiting, sales, or business-development experience is helpful. Experience within architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate development would be a major plus.
