Full or Part Time: Interior Design Associate (Entry Level)

We are looking for an energetic Entry Level Interior Design Associate to grow with us! This role will support our Interior Designers with both administrative tasks and design-related responsibilities. • Prepare builder specifications for design meetings • Attend design meetings and take notes • Updating presentations and selections from meetings and client feedback. • Assist the design team with installations and accessorizing • Create and update furniture, finish, and architectural selection schedules • Prepare specifications for vendor pricing • Assist with quotes and proposals • Organize project notes and documentation • Order samples and maintain the sample library Required Qualifications • 1-2 years of Interior Design experience • Degree in Interior Design from an accredited University • Experience with design software AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite • Knowledge of Interior Design terminology and processes • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation • Reliable transportation to be able to do site visits and showrooms
