Aloha, We are looking for an in-house Interior Designer/Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and is organized, detail- oriented, efficient, level headed and confident in their personal design abilities. Duties include: \\- supporting Senior Designers in developing and executing design concepts for projects from start to finish, including programming goals, space planning, and scheduling. \\- corresponding with clients, vendors and subcontractors \\- organizing, running and documenting site meetings \\- writing specifications for construction \\- ordering, tracking and scheduling of furnishings \\- preparing client presentation materials, including mood boards and client binders \\- overseeing installations and photoshoots \\- customer service/sales and inventory knowledge Requirements: \\- 2 years solid experience in full-service design \\- an ability to see the “big picture” \\- Experience with Quickbooks, Studio Webware, and Pages- knowledge of local vendors, designers and market trends \\- a team player mentality \\- reliable transportation A sense of style and a sense of humor are always appreciated.
