We are looking for an upbeat/energetic individual that is interested in interior design or interior decorating to fill a front desk position with us here at Perfect Stitch Upholstery. We would like for applicants to have some office experience. This is a very hands-on position where you will be interacting with our customers daily to fill any upholstery and design needs that they may have. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Some tasks that this position includes: •Greeting customers that come into the office •Working to meet our customers’ needs and answer any questions they may have •Making appointments •Answering phone calls •Managing online inquiries •Working with customers to find material for projects •AR/AP - includes reconciling accounts •Communicating with upholstery techs to maintain a schedule of what projects are coming up •Tracking the progress of projects and design details of each project on our in-house software •Ordering materials for customer projects Feel free to give us a call at (360)-425-8988 with any questions or inquiries
