We are looking to hire an experienced "Residential Construction Sales & Design Consultant" to create aesthetically pleasing and quality homes for clients throughout Honolulu. You will conduct in-home consultations to present designs while providing superior customer service to ensure our customers have the best possible experience. You will determine potential client needs and guide them through the design & build process, including conducting sales meetings, sending follow-up emails, setting proper expectations, overseeing concept design, pricing, and preparation of proposals. Depending on the client, you may work on remodeling projects to update an existing home or start from scratch to create a custom design. Responsibilities for Construction Sales & Design Consultant \\- Collaborate with clients and use design software to create new home & renovation design \\- Inspect and photograph projects to create a detailed scope of work \\- Help clients choose various materials \\- Work with draftsman and estimators to finalize the proposal \\- Provide an estimate for the project \\- Keep clients updated and informed regarding any plan changes or delays in progress \\- Qualifications for Construction Sales & Design Consultant \\- Associate or bachelor's degree in interior design preferred not necessary.
