Gain a ton of small business, community oriented, retail experience with our small team and fun shop. This is a part time position for 12-16 hours per week with the potential to grow. • Monitor and maintain inventory, including receiving and inspecting incoming product. • Demonstrate consistent accuracy with recording guest purchases with the Shopify POS system • Fulfill online sales, including packing and shipping orders, as well as providing associated customer support. QUALIFICATIONS • A commitment to excellent customer service • A motivating interest for interior design and service • Sales experience • Strong work ethic • Candidate must be organized & efficient • Attention to detail and follow-through is a must • Candidate must be dependable & consistent • Candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills (email, phone & in-person) • Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Shopify, Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) • Ability to lift and move boxes/merchandise up to 50 lbs, unassisted • Ability to shift from administrative tasks to a customer focus at a moment’s notice • Team player attitude and flexibility, understanding that as a small business a myriad of tasks may be required Proof of vaccination is required when applying.
