Job description: Can we reference the job description that we had for Aspen's furnishings designer role so we can have a good starting off point and adjust as needed based on our notes? • Proficiency in Revit/CAD and general familiarity with design studio workflows. • Experience reading construction documents (architectural and ID sets, mainly) • Task management, demonstrate initiative, self-starter, flexibility for multi-tasking and wearing different hats (we can word this in a more professional way) • Schedule flexibility to attend furniture installations and work longer hours during install days/week. • Availability to travel to attend project installations • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, billable environment, should be familiar with time tracking, utilization metrics, and how to manage hours between billable and non-billable tasks • Familiarity with the design industry, vendors, trades etc.
