We are looking for individuals that love working with their hands, are happy to work outside of an office, and strive to get better day by day. As an Operations Associate on the Installations team, you will be coming into an entry-level position where you will help build and run the day-to-day operations here in San Diego, serving in a variety of roles ranging from furnishing our properties and building furniture, to maintaining our properties to ensure they are in the best conditions. Being apart of the San Diego Installations department you will join a goal-motivated team that strives to continuously improve our operation day-to-day, takes ownership of our triumphs and failures, and are aware of how to balance a work hard - play hard environment. Work with our Phoenix-based interior design team and follow detailed design plans to furnish a variety of properties; Be/become an expert in working with tools to efficiently install art pieces and build furniture; Assist with day-to-day inventory management and warehousing; Perform handyman tasks; equipped/ready to learn to handle anything from replacing a burnt-out light bulb to changing a ceiling fan; Act as the eyes on the ground for our Phoenix-based design team and customer care teams; Work with a variety of local vendors ranging from handyman and painters to property owners; Be innovative to improve our daily operations to help us run more smoothly and efficiently.
