Responsibilities • Design/Layout Contract Furniture and Create Customer Proposals • Build sustainable relationships • Meet sales targets and quotas • Work within customer budgets • Space planning, CAD, and technical support • Consultations to determine the scope of service and budget • Field surveys - verify and update existing floor plans • Conceptual design • Sourcing (new, used, existing) contract furniture • Create base floor plans/space plans • Coordinate and suggest fabric and finish selections • Installation drawings and technical information documents • Monitor job site, liaise with project manager, and revise plans when necessary • Keep records of customer projects, customer accounts • Work closely with Furniture Admin./ Install Team/ PM • Able to create structural plans & details at appropriate scale to present the most clear and complete information. AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
