Furniture Relocation Specialist

Schedule and Pay • Full time position available within the timeframe of Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm, but could be up to and including 7pm • Pay: $22 hourly. Responsibilities • Load, unload, and inspect inventory for accurate delivery • Assure customer satisfaction by delivering an excellent customer experience • Adhere to predetermined routes, schedules, and local traffic laws to ensure safe and efficient delivery • Assist with logistics and warehouse operations • Assist with moving furniture, hanging artwork, and décor • Take direction from supervisors • Communicate openly and effectively with team members and management to assure smooth and efficient logistics operations • Communicate with clients in a polite and professional manner to provide an exceptional customer experience • Assemble new furniture • Help keep the warehouse clean and organized • Prompt start time, and commitment and availability to work until the job is done • Fill out any required documents such as delivery reports • Transport and deliver new products to clients in a safe and timely manner Qualifications • EXTREMELY reliable and show up when scheduled and on time • MUST HAVE own reliable vehicle/transportation to get to and from work • MUST HAVE reliable and working smart phone • High levels of COMPETANCE and the ability to learn quickly and RETAIN INFORMATION • Team player • Self-starter and action-oriented executor • Creative problem solver • Strong communication skills • A METICULOUS eye for detail, and organization, and able to manage multiple tasks • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment • High integrity and accountability • Furniture assembly and repair skills; comfortable working with tools a plus (will train as needed) • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds • Long hours of standing, moving, bending, and lifting • Professional appearance Pay: $22.00 per hour
