Old Charleston Trading Company is looking for a reliable Furniture Sales Associate / Stock Person to become an integral part of our team! The position also requires physical ability to lift and move items up to 100lbs, ability to stand, twist, squat, and bend for long periods of time. -Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock -Enter and process customer orders and use POS system to check out customers. -Assist in loading furniture into customer's vehicles. -Investigate and resolve customer complaints Qualifications: -Excellent communication skills -Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a plus -Ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment -Friendly customer service attitude -Ability to build rapport with customers -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Punctual and reliable!
