We have an IMMEDIATE need for a quality conscious, team player to act as a back-up to our Rolleshade Manufacturer, Headrail Cutter, Shipper/Receiver, and Sample Cutter. \- As a back up to the Rollershade Manufacturer you will be responsible for learning to read the work order and distinguish between the different motors, clutches, and other parts needed to make a rollershde. \- As back up to the Headrail Cutter you will learn how to read the work order in order to determine the size of headrail needed, make proper deductions, cut and drill to the specs.
