We are looking for individuals that love working with their hands and are happy to work outside of an office. As an Operations Associate, you will help build and run the day-to-day operations here in San Diego, serving in a variety of roles ranging from furnishing our properties and building furniture, to maintaining our properties to ensure they are in the best conditions. You’ll be joining a small but fast-growing team to play an important role in San Diego and help fuel our growth. -Hardworking with a can-do attitude -Diligent, organized, and dependable -Excellent communicator -Self-starter and will help out wherever needed -Must have legal authorization to work in the United States -Must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check -Must have valid drivers license Bonus Points
