General Manager – Residential Design-Build Sales & Operations

Neil Kelly is seeking a proven, values-driven leader to serve as General Manager of our Eugene / Springfield operation. After years of strong leadership, our current GM is preparing for retirement, creating a rare opportunity for the right leader to build on an extraordinary legacy and guide the next phase of growth. As General Manager, you are accountable for the overall health and performance of the Eugene / Springfield operation, including leadership of a team of approximately 25 employees across design, project management, handyman services, and field production. You will: Lead and develop a high-performing team of designers, project managers, and field professionalsLead business development efforts, own sales strategy, and drive sustainable revenue growth and profitabilityManage and deliver against an annual operating budgetOversee production excellence, scheduling, and job cost performanceCoach and support sales performance by developing a culture of responsiveness, accountability, and exceptional client serviceEnsure exceptional client experience from first conversation through final walkthroughRecruit, hire, and develop future leadersRepresent Neil Kelly in the Eugene / Springfield communityContribute as a strategic member of the company’s Senior Leadership TeamChampion and reinforce Neil Kelly’s policies, systems, and operational standards while coaching teams to consistently execute them
