General Superintendent - Interiors

This role ensures all drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceiling, and finish scopes are executed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with contract requirements. Foster an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusionLead and coordinate multiple subcontractors across active jobsites Establish clear expectations for scope, schedule, manpower, and quality Hold subcontractors accountable for performance, productivity, and contract compliance Conduct regular coordination meetings with subcontractors and field teams Evaluate subcontractor performance and provide feedback to Project ManagementOversee field execution across multiple concurrent projects (commercial interiors) Perform routine jobsite visits to ensure alignment with project goals Support Superintendents or field leads in resolving site challenges Ensure proper staffing and sequencing across all assigned projects Partner with Project Managers to develop and maintain project schedules Identify and mitigate schedule conflicts between trades Promote a culture of safety across all subcontractors and jobsites Ensure subcontractor compliance with OSHA and company safety policies Participate in site safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident response Serve as the primary field contact for Rockford Interiors Attend jobsite meetings and represent the company professionally Resolve field conflicts and maintain strong working relationships with project stakeholders At Rockford, we believe that investing in our people is essential to our success.
