Your strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to making a meaningful impact—both in the studio and the community—align with Gensler’s collaborative and growth-focused culture, making this an ideal opportunity to advance your career.What You Will DoCollaborate on interior and architectural projects, including programming client needs, concept design, schematic design, design development, and documentation, and manage budget/schedule adherence.Participate in project visioning with the team to create a compelling design narrative that reflects the project story and brandCreate and develop materiality and design strategy with the team to support experiential design and brand storyDevelop space planning concepts and generate program documentsSelection of FF&EParticipate in and support project team coordination for the finished plans, FF&E specifications, and material selections required for constructionUtilize technical knowledge and delivery experience for effective documentation and detailingWork with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectivesParticipate in the construction administration of projects and review of submittals and finish samplesSupport managing client expectations and coordinating team and consultant communicationsSupport office leadership in business development activities and be present in the market.Your Qualifications5+ years of related professional experience as an interior designer.
