This firm is seeking an Interior Designer with start-to-finish project experience and a desire for continued growth and leadership development.Interior Design Experience:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design required5-12 years of experience in all phases of architectural projects with an emphasis on interior designInterior Designer Requirements:Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, PhotoShop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office preferredExperience in commercial, recreation, public sector, public works, sustainable, municipal/government projects preferredStrong technical, code, and detailing skills for quality documentationEnthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environmentProactive written and verbal communication skillsAbility to integrate design requirements with architectureLEED accreditation an assetNCIDQ accreditation preferredInterior Designer Responsibilities:Manage projects from start to finishConsult with clients on interior design concepts and needsDefine project requirements and develop design criteriaManage project scheduling, estimates, budgeting, and planning (drawings, models, materials, etc. )Use software to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projectsProfessional client development skillsLeadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levelsCompensation:$70,000-$110,000 (negotiable based on experience)Excellent benefits package (401k, Health, Dental, Bonus)To Apply :Please apply with your resume.
