Job Summary: We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Boston, MA. As a key member of our Creative Team, you'll support the development of seasonal catalogs, consumer and internal facing projects, and other design initiatives. Responsibilities: • Create beautiful photo-driven layouts using Photoshop • Support the Creative Director's vision by creating mood boards and gathering inspiration • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously • Participate in design reviews with stakeholders across the organization • Drive design projects through all creative phases Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Design, or relevant field • Fluent in English and proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite • Strong project management skills and excellent communication skills • Visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups, prototypes, and style guides
