Essential Functions of the job include but are not limited to: Marketing/PR Coordinator · Social Media Manager (design, write copy, and publish) o Develop and implement content across a variety of social media platforms o Manage social media campaigns o Maintain Website · Out-reach for Press solicitations, both print and digital · Maintain Publication presence · Coordinate and submit for Architectural Awards using Adobe CS applications · Manage project photography and images · Manage business cards, print collateral, and other in-house digital marketing items using Adobe Creative Suite applications · Competent Graphic Design skills associated with some or all of the above points Education/Experience Requirements · Bachelor’s Degree · Two years marketing/public relations experience preferred · Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications · Accomplished Adobe Creative Suite skills a must · Previous support in an administrative role · Ability to multi-task in a fast- paced environment · Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized · Ability to prioritize and manage work independently · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Ability to work constructively as a member of a team ABOUT US Anacapa is a highly progressive architecture and design firm based in Santa Barbara, California with an office in Portland, Oregon.
