Creates branded design solutions and works collaboratively with the health system and Marketing and Communications leadership. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge and understanding of the marketing objectives and strategies for the health system and is able to communicate to internal and external audiences. Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design or related field with 4 years of graphic and digital design experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Able to offer creative ideas and solutions while maintaining a feel for a professional aesthetic and understanding for the needs of the customer.
