Description: Undertake design projects from concept to completion Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief” Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans Set costs and project fees according to budget Research and decide on materials and products sourcing Produce presentations Supervise work progress Requirements: Proven working experience in interior design or architecture Experience in hospitality design a bonus Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Excel and Revit (not required but a bonus) Excellent portfolio of previous works Organized and extremely detail oriented Hard working - ownership mentality (we are a small firm and require everyone be able to wear lots of hats) Experience working with hospitality brands and developing concepts in a collaborative environment Creative, imagination and eye for design Communication and presentation skills Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment Project management skills BS degree in Interior Design or similar
