This is a hands-on design leadership role responsible for elevating the quality, craft, and execution of interior design across the experiential studio, as well as growing and developing talent. You are a designer with exceptional taste and technical depth—someone who cares as much about materials, details, and spatial flow as you do about big ideas. Serve as the design authority for interior environments, setting the standard for quality and craft Lead and shape design direction on key projects from concept through execution Elevate the studio’s output in materiality, detailing, and spatial storytelling Partner closely with Creative Directors to shape cohesive, narrative-driven environments, ensuring every element, from material selection to brand activation, contributes to a unified experience.
