We’re looking for a highly motivated, versatile professional who can thrive in a dual-role position—leading our Interior Holiday Decorating Division and providing Executive Assistant support during the off-season. • Spring/Summer (April–June): 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday). • Other Months: Standard full-time schedule with flexibility depending on projects. Key Responsibilities: Holiday Decorating (Primary Role, Seasonal Focus) • Lead the Interior Holiday Decorating Division and manage seasonal crews • Design, plan, and execute holiday décor projects for residential and commercial clients • Oversee installation schedules, inventory, and quality control • Provide outstanding client service and ensure projects run smoothly
