Responsibilities • Establish and maintain aesthetic standards for various design elements • Collaborate with teams to create and update aesthetic guidelines • Research and implement the latest design trends for improved efficiency and comfort • Meet regularly with department leadership to manage project scopes and estimates • Coordinate with consultants and construction projects to ensure compliance with standards • Provide education and mentoring to the design team on code compliance • Develop communication plans and keep stakeholders informed on project status Required • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Four (4) years of experience in interior design or related area • Valid State of Utah Driver’s License may be required depending on the department Why work in Salt Lake City, UT The city offers a high quality of life with access to world-class skiing, hiking, and a variety of arts and entertainment options.
