In this position, you will collaborate with and be an integral part of the architectural and interior design team, supporting the development of the Interior Design efforts; performing all technical aspects of the interior design process from project setup through to construction administration; and assisting and participating in data gathering, planning and documentation.At HGA, we work to foster an environment where diversity of thought, background and experience creates new energy. We offer challenge, recognition, and personal visibility with an opportunity to be part of some great projects.In this role you will:Work to create design solutions with enduring impact through original insight.Work with Architectural and Interior Design team to develop the interior design solutions for projects ranging from workplace, higher education, healthcare, and other community and commercial buildings.Research materials and concepts to advise and support design team on technical issues influencing interior design concept development.Collaborate and communicate effectively and professionally with multidisciplinary team members.Work within project schedules to prioritize tasks and coordinate the completion of documentation required from initial design phase through final project completion.You will need to have:Four-year degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited program4-8 years of interior design experienceFluent knowledge of Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and/or other related graphic software programs is expectedKnowledge of 3D programs such as Revit, Enscape, Rhino or Sketch-upExperience with space planning and technical skills including 3D visualization, design detailing, and construction documentationMust be able to work in the Minneapolis office for at least 3 days a weekSalary Information:The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted.
