If you’re enthusiastic about residential remodeling and interior design and can network with the best of them, this job is for you! This can be the perfect part time position for any homemaker looking to make extra income or for the person who wants to get out of the house and mingle with adults! Time management and organizational skills Should be a strong self-starter. Qualifications and Characteristics Maintains the highest level of customer service, creating solutions and experiences Quick adaptability and desire to learn new skills continually Highly motivated to succeed and exceed goals Exhibits a strong work ethic and Core Remodeling values An ability to proactively solve problems and generate solutions A personal desire to participate as a positive action team member Experience in administrative support, marketing, or customer service Strong computing skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to build rapport with both customers and the showroom team An interest in sales, marketing and the Home Design-Build Industry preferred.
