We are a fully integrated design-build general contractor, specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations in the Bay Area. We deliver a distinctive turnkey renovation experience for our residential clientele, covering everything from conceptual design to construction and closeout. We have a backlog of projects ready to go - our needs are immediate, and successful candidates can expect to start within 1 to 2 weeks (subject to background checks). Strong performers in this role can expect to make $35+/Hour plus benefits and PTO. The Lead Carpenter will have a strong grasp of the work-flow of a renovation project, the ability to identify and call out potential issues with site conditions, plans or logistics.
