This role involves interpreting, organizing, and executing conceptual design projects, utilizing creativity, foresight, and judgment to meet project goals from inception to completion.Responsibilities:Leadership: Conduct programming efforts including space planning, layout, furnishings, lighting, and color coordination. Update project documents during various phases. Communicate with all project stakeholders. Foster positive relationships with consultants and contractors.Client Interface: Represent clients in bid processes and contract negotiations.Staff Development: Mentor junior staff and participate in recruitment.Business Development: Identify new opportunities, participate in marketing, and assist in fee proposal development.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or equivalent.Experience in interior projects, preferably in Sports + Recreation + Entertainment.Licensed Interior Designer (NCIDQ) or registered Architect required.
