Brand new home accents store opening Fall 2020 in the Eastlake Seattle area looking to hire a Retail Associate Manager to manage the store. SUMMARY: Retail Associate Manager is responsible for helping customers with home accessorizing ideas, generating sales, store operations, interacting with customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and enforcing all policies and procedures. • Unpack and merchandise new inventory • Help set up and promote store on social media • 1-2 years; supervisory/management experience in a retail sales environment • Ability to lead and mentor employees • Professional appearance and demeanor • Passion for interior design and creative ability to match right accessory to space. • Understanding of store inventory management • Ability to place orders with vendors when inventory is low • Collaborate with owner on what is selling and what is not, requests from customers, etc.
