This role combinesin-store sales, interior design consultation, and project managementfor flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and bath products. Its a great opportunity for a creative and organized sales professional with a passion for craftsmanship, style, and exceptional customer experiences.What Youll Do as a Home Design & Sales Specialist: As the Home Design & Sales Specialist, youll guide customers from concept to completionhelping them choose the right flooring, cabinetry, and surfaces, and overseeing the installation process. Youll also network with builders, designers, and industry professionals to grow business and build long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Sell flooring, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and countertops through expert consultations and personalized service.Provide design guidance to coordinate products within style, budget, and functional needs.Manage all project phasesestimates, order management, scheduling, installation, and follow-up.Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring smooth execution, resolving issues, and guaranteeing satisfaction.Network with industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.Accurately track sales, quotes, orders, and project progress using CRM and RFMS software.Collaborate with designers, project coordinators, installers, and warehouse teams.Stay informed on product trends and best practices in flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and bath design.Cultivate long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.What Were Looking For:5+ years of professional sales experience in flooring, cabinetry, countertops, or interior design.Strong knowledge of LVP, hardwood, tile, carpet, kitchen cabinets, vanities, and countertops.CRM experience; RFMS and 20/20 experience highly preferred.Proven design consultation, organizational, and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.Passion for interior design, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.Perks & Benefits:$65K base salary + 10% bonusDirect-hire opportunity with career growth potentialFull benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k)Work in a beautiful, design-focused retail showroom environmentSend your resume toKelly Maxwell#cthzjb #desig n
