Home Design Sales Specialist

As a sales professional, you will be responsible for helping customers create their dream homes by providing expert design assistance. You will work closely with other team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences while consistently meeting sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include: • Reinforcing customer selections and completing room designs • Entering client information into our CRM system and following up before and after sales • Explaining special financing plans, delivery procedures, and warranties • Coordinating deliveries between customers and distribution systems • Maintaining knowledge of various furniture styles and products To be successful in this role, you must be highly motivated and self-driven. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities: • College education or equivalent experience/training • Positive attitude and creative flair • Ability to overcome customer objections • Familiarity with furniture styles and products • Computer proficiency, including email and MS Office software
