We are seeking an experienced Home Stylist to provide expert design advice and assistance to customers in the comfort of their own homes. About the Role The ideal candidate will inspire customers to express themselves through interior design, leveraging their knowledge of current trends and styles. Key Responsibilities • Conduct in-home consultations to assess clients' living spaces and provide personalized design solutions • Create and present design plans based on clients' needs, style, and preferences • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve established sales goals • Provide exceptional customer service standards, including gift wrap, registry services, and special orders Requirements • Strong communication, clienteling, and follow-up skills • Ability to complete complex large orders within various sales channels • Experience working with design elements preferred • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience (specialty retail a plus)
