Experience in Interior Design or space planning Experience in project management Experience in proofreading and editing Experience in writing Qualifications: Available at least 18-36 hours per week in blocks of 3-7 hours increments Being able to attend monthly team meetings, alternating months on zoom and in- person (now held on Friday evenings from 5:30-7 pm) Attend the quarterly all-day team meetings, which are held from 10 am-4 pm on Fridays Have a reliable vehicle for travel to and from client sites. DexOrg Hours Core client hours: Monday - Saturday (10 am - 5 pm) We often have team meetings during evening hours We work a minimum of 3 hours and up to 7 hours in one session Exceptions will be made according to the following: Client Project Client’s limitations DexOrg Associate Availability Associate’s skill level Associate’s seniority Geographic area Work Environment Dexterous Organizing Team Associates primarily work in the field with their assigned Team Lead and our clients.
