** **Your responsibilities will include:** * packing clients' clothing, dishes, home furnishings, and personal possessions to ensure the items are safe while in transit * decluttering busy spaces to identify items to donate and discard * unpack clients' belongings in their new home and organize the contents in a way that fits their home's layout to create an orderly, aesthetically pleasing home setup * you will NOT be responsible for lifting/moving heavy furniture **The ideal candidate will possess:** * work experience in organizing, real estate, home staging, or interior design * a history of working well in teams * an ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time * professionalism while a guest in other people's homes * a knack for organization and attention to detail **Compensation and Hours** Home organizing associates start at $20-30/hour, based on experience.
