Requirements -Valid Driver's License -Good driving record -Background checks are carried out as part of any conditional offer made -Understand and communicate English (a plus) -Be on- time -Strong ‘multi-skill’ background desired -Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push, pull, or carry heavy objects -Proficient in the safe use of equipment and standard power tools Qualifications -A demonstrated passion for remodeling design projects -Skilled in carpentry, Drywall installation and repair, Painting -Light Electrical & Plumbing (a plus) -Tile work (a plus) -Understands the importance of being on time, safety, and cleanliness of the job site -Ability and interest to learn from skilled tradesman and project managers -Motivated and self-disciplined by the opportunity to grow in the company -Strong detail orientation, problem solving and job coordination skills Job Description -Complete small to medium mid-size home improvement projects -Complete basic demolition and preparing the jobsite -Drywall repair ( patches holes on walls and ceilings) -Providing punch list services to odds and ends -Pick up and drop off materials at job site locations -Keep company- assigned truck clean and organized -Provides a general cleanup of job site after work has been completed -Performs laborer or miscellaneous tasks as needed ******** Foreman, Residential Remodeling Capataz de remodelación del hogar Compañía de remodelación de interior (cocinas y baños) busca empleado (foreman) para trabajar tiempo completo.
