Home Stager / Designer

Homemakr is a design, build, and home staging company based out of San Jose, CA. This position is for a Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, home staging, or remodeling - preferably all 3. Qualifications • You’re a visionary thinker - you can see the potential home in an empty space • You thrive in a dynamic environment and you can easily switch contexts between staging and remodeling projects • You have a keen eye for home design and decorating as well as a strong attention to the details • You a creative problem solver - you’re able to use the resources available to you in order to deliver a high quality product • You work well independently and with other team members on the operations and construction teams to produce a design that shows off the assets of the home we’re working on • You are self-motivated and thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment, you work well under pressure, and can effectively meet deadlines with a smile • You possess excellent customer service skills - fair but firm when necessary - but with the goal of meeting and exceeding expectations • You have a strong work ethic and positive attitude • You’re regularly able to lift up to 30lbs and can easily bend down to make a bed or pickup a totes from the ground • You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to/from the project sites • Major plus if you are bi-lingual Spanish and English! Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour Experience: • home staging: 2 years (Required)
