About the role
Love transforming a space? Stage the Space is looking for a trained home stager, or an interior designer ready to move into staging, to join our team. No two days are the same. On install days you’re out on site bringing empty homes to life: unpacking accessories, hanging art, and styling tables, beds, kitchens and bathrooms until the place looks ready for its photo shoot.
Our moving crew takes care of the furniture and heavy lifting, so you can focus on the creative work. On office days you’re at your desk planning the next project and keeping everything running smoothly. If you enjoy a mix of hands-on creativity and behind-the-scenes organizing, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do
· Plan and design stagings that help properties show at their best
· Work installs and de-stage days on site: styling rooms, hanging art, placing accessories

· Select and pull furniture, art and accessories for each project

· Take charge of our accessory room, keeping it organized, functional and its inventory up to date

· Manage a complex calendar and keep multiple projects on schedule

· Help coordinate the team

· Handle admin work: emails, paperwork and project files

· Communicate with clients, realtors and vendors in a friendly, professional way

What we’re looking for
Training or experience in home staging, or an interior design background with a real interest in becoming a stager. A strong eye for space, scale and proportion, so you know what fits a room and how to lay it out
Extremely organized, with strong attention to detail A great memory for inventory (we track inventory with a system called stage Force), client preferences and project details

Comfortable with admin and computer work, not just the creative side A positive attitude and an easy, professional manner with clients and teammates

Reliable, punctual and able to work to deadlines

Physical requirements
Able to stand, walk, bend and carry sometimes for a full day when the project is large, on install days
Able to lift and carry accessory bins [up to 20 lbs]

Comfortable sitting at a desk for full days when in the office

Schedule and details
Monday–Friday 8am-4pm
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
