Job Title: Home Stager – Occupied Homes & Consultations

Location: Boise, ID

Position Type: Full-Time (M–F, occasional weekends as needed)

Overview:

We’re looking for a talented, personable, and design-savvy Home Stager to join our team with a focus on occupied home staging and staging consultations. You’ll play a key role in helping homeowners prepare their lived-in spaces for sale, offering expert guidance and hands-on support to make homes market-ready while honoring the client’s existing furnishings and lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home and virtual staging consultations with homeowners and agentsAssess layout, furniture, accessories, and overall presentation of occupied homesProvide clear, actionable staging recommendations and written reports after consultationsRearrange or supplement existing furnishings to enhance visual appeal and market readinessBring in additional inventory pieces (as needed) from our warehouse to complement the homeCollaborate with the design team and warehouse staff to pull and return staging itemsCommunicate professionally with homeowners and agents before, during, and after stagingTrack inventory used for each project and complete follow-up documentation in Company CamMaintain an efficient, respectful, and tidy work environment within client homesQualifications:

2+ years of experience in home staging, interior styling, or related design field preferredStrong background or interest in occupied staging and real estate presentationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills—this is a highly client-facing roleAbility to write clear and professional post-consultation reportsStrong sense of spatial awareness and design balanceDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple homes in progressComfortable lifting light to moderate decor and working in active home environmentsReliable transportation and a valid driver’s licenseBonus Points:
