Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and personable Home Stager / Sales professional to join our team. This role involves transforming residential spaces to appeal to potential buyers and actively engaging with clients to promote our staging services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for interior design and sales, helping clients visualize the full potential of their homes while driving sales growth. Responsibilities • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for home staging projects • Design and arrange furniture, décor, and accessories to enhance the aesthetic appeal of homes for sale • Conduct in-person consultations to assess spaces and provide professional staging recommendations • Present staging options and solutions effectively to prospective clients, highlighting value and benefits • Assist with the setup of staged homes, ensuring all elements are arranged professionally utilizing elite home staging softwares, CRM systems and inventory platforms. Skills • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to listen actively and address client needs effectively • Proven sales skills with the ability to persuade and close deals confidently • Knowledge of interior design principles, home décor trends, and space optimization techniques is a plus • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for presenting ideas clearly and professionally • Creative mindset with an eye for detail in aesthetics and presentation • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to building client relationships and expanding business opportunities • ability to design a home with all furniture, accessories, rugs, lamps, artwork etc.
