Candidates Who Apply Must Have • A great and creative eye for design, visual merchandising, and space planning; • A sense of humor and a great attitude; • The ability to roll with the punches; • The ability to think quickly on his/her feet and problem-solve; • The ability to take initiative and identify gaps and tasks that need tackling; • The ability to work alone or with a creative and collaborative team; • The ability to be coachable, trainable, and critique-able, no matter how much experience you bring to the table; • The ability to take direction or give direction, based on the situation; • A strong work ethic. Because This Position May Develop Into a Larger Lead Stager, We Are Also Looking For Candidates To Ideally Have The Skill Set To Perform The Following • Project/room design and staging planning coordination of the various events, contractors, and team members on a given job; • Lead a crew of 2-5 people to successfully, efficiently and beautifully stage a property; • over the course of 1 day, keeping in line with the Pineapple Interiors style and level of quality.
