Dynamic Home Staging / Interior Design Company is seeking a Home Staging and Design Manager to lead our staging and design operations Job Description: Guides the Design Associates on home staging / design preparation and install Oversees the implementation and logistics of design / home staging installations; ensuring customer satisfaction, quality control, and company standards are achieved on every project Conducts job site visits and consultations with clients; providing guidance and direction on specific tasks / recommendations Manages specific warehouse operations and staging inventory database Works closely with the creative director on creating and executing home staging / design plans Generates written reports, budgets, and other tracking mechanisms for managing projects Manages the boutique retail store operations and assists with marketing and social media Job Requirements: At least one year of management experience required At least one year of home staging, decorating, or interior design experience required At least one year of project management and team leadership / supervision experience required Proficient in MS Office Products; Internet proficiency Attention to detail and organizational skills a must; with the affinity for being meticulous Innate design talent with the ability to express and translate creative ideas Proven relationship building with clients, vendors, and community members Reliable, personal transportation required for all times of the day and any day of the week; will need to drive to and from vendors locations and job sites throughout the Puget Sound region; Proof of auto insurance required. Personal cell phone required to make and accept business related calls, texts, and e-mails Proven "do-it-yourself" home improvement skills; i.e. understand how to use tools, hang items on a wall, utilize a tape measure, etc. Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs individually and up to 100 lbs with a team member; will be lifting furniture, hanging items on a wall, installing hardware, and climbing ladders. Hours / Days / Schedule: The position is full time; specific work days and times can be discussed during the interview.
