Home Staging Coordinator

Work closely with the owners and Staging Supervisor *Select furniture & décor for each property to achieve a design aesthetic using our inventory management software system (POR) On occasion attend consultations with real-estate agents and homeowners as needed Submit clear and accurate proposals and contracts for clients Partner with the warehouse staff and dispatch to ensure accuracy of orders *Present the property and design vision to the install team daily *Work with all staff to maintain accurate inventory counts *Once stage is complete, process order for billing Assist staging team on-site when needed Assist with general office tasks as needed Remain current on the latest design trends Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, organize efficiently, & manage time effectively Knowledge of current trends in the interior design industry Ability to produce aesthetically pleasing designs Ability to work in a team environment Project management skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook) Physically able to assist with home installations when needed (cleaning, moving furniture, ironing bedding, etc.) 2+ years of experience in Home Staging, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or other Creative Direction Industry
