Home Staging Designer - Interior Design

Previous experience in the home decorating / interior design is required. Detail orientation ability to memorize instructions are also important. Role is officially part-time and on-call though many of our designers work full-time as needed and projects are assigned. Responsibilities • Create and implement a wide appealing design to increase a home's value using available furniture and decor for both vacant and occupied homes • With the assistance of staging crew members, move furniture and decor in and out of staging projects, hang art, and clean items if needed • Work closely with business owner, other designers, operations staff, warehouse staff, sales, and customers to execute home staging • Use Stageforce project and inventory management system to track furniture and decor used throughout a project • For Interior design projects, conceive and execute designs based on customer's needs • Document best practices and procedure • Other duties as assigned • Provide assistance as needed • Proficient in computer office applications (MS Office, Google Suite, CRM) • Have adaptive creative talent to quickly adjust designs to the unique needs of the home • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work quickly in a fast paced enviornment • Project management skills • BS degree in Interior Design or similar preferred • Experience in Real Estate preferred
