Home Staging Designer / Stylist

This is a hands-on, creative position with real ownership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no day is the exact same, enjoys creative problem-solving, and brings a high level of innovation & initiative to their work. With staging, you’ll have the unique opportunity to apply your own design discretion with real creative autonomy in your staging projects using our large & diverse inventory. In this role, you will: • Lead the design and execution of your assigned staging projects across a wide range of home styles and price points • Developing design concepts based on each home’s layout, style, and target buyer using our inventory, systems, and design standards that reflect the SSTS Brand • Apply strong aesthetic judgment while balancing creative layout plans to maximize flow & function, and targets the target buyer’s dream lifestyle • Communicate professionally and confidently with our clients and your teammates • Executing your vision on stage day with help from our crew and junior designers • Think proactively to solve any challenges on-site or during the design process and ensure each project meets our quality standards • Conduct home walkthroughs with clients, writing & pricing detailed staging proposals • Supporting and mentoring junior designers as needed • We have a dedicated interior design department. If you have previous interior design experience and skills, there are opportunities to split your time between staging and interior design projects.
